Swedish Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. ???
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk well, then add dry ingredients.
    Pour 1/3 cup onto hot griddle.
    Cook for 2 minutes, then flip.
    Cook for 2 more minutes.
    Serve.
    Top with fresh fruit.
