Yummy Potatoes On The Outdoor Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes (new, with skins on are good)
ham or cured bacon
onions, cut up
margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Take margarine and spread around on heavy-duty foil.
Cut up potatoes in small chunks.
Add cut up ham or bacon and onions. Season according to taste.
Mix all together and add extra margarine on top.
Bring foil up around the potatoes and seal on top and sides.
Put on the grill for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on low.
