Ann'S Mother'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. fruit juice
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Put sauce on roasting chicken, pork or beef roast or pork chops.
    Makes excellent barbecue sandwiches with roast pork or beef.
    Can be doubled or tripled easily.
    Freezes well.
