Snicker Doodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 Tbsp. cinnamon (for top of cookies)
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into balls.
    Combine cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish.
    Roll dough in sugar and cinnamon, coating well. Bake 8 to 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
