Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
    1 sliced onion
    2 to 3 c. ham (bite size)
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Layer in casserole dish potatoes, onion and ham.
    Blend together milk, flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour over potato mixture. Dot with butter and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
