Strawberry Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh strawberries, divided
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. orange juice, divided
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Rinse, hull and cut strawberries in half.
    In medium saucepan over medium heat, cook 2 cups strawberry halves, sugar, 2 tablespoons orange juice and lemon juice, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes until sugar dissolves and strawberries begin to soften.
    In food processor or blender puree mixture until almost smooth.
    In same saucepan, stir remaining orange juice and cornstarch until smooth; add strawberry puree.
    Cook over medium-high, stirring constantly, 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
    Remove from heat; stir in remaining strawberries. Serve over pancakes, ice cream or cake.
