Rich And Easy Chocolate Nut Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 sticks margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and margarine.
    Place in a large bowl and add sugar, salt and flour.
    Stir in eggs, one at a time, and add vanilla and pecans.
    Pour into paper baking cups in muffin tins. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Makes 20 to 24 cupcakes.
