Kurt'S Mom'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 slices bread, dried and broken, but not crumbs
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, cut very fine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. ground or rubbed sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Catsup or tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, using a wooden spoon, rice spatula, or hands.
    Place in ungreased loaf pan.
    Form and round out mixture to fit pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
