Citrus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple
    1 c. fresh orange pieces
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. tangerine pieces
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    In bowl, mix fruit, sour cream, marshmallows and coconut. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    If desired, serve in lettuce-lined plates.
