Scallops In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 lb. scallops
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Saute celery, green pepper
    and onion in butter; do not brown. Add flour, mustard, salt and pepper;
    blend.
    Add milk and
    cook until thickened.
    Stir in cheese and let melt.
    Add drained scallops
    and
    sherry.
    Cover
    and\tcook for about 10 minutes. Serve with noodles.
