Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 ears corn
    4 bunches celery
    4 green or red peppers
    4 onions
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 qt. sugar
    2 qt. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob.
    Cut celery, peppers and onion in small pieces, add salt, mustard, sugar and vinegar.
    Let come to a boil, then add turmeric powder and boil 1/2 hour.
