Waffles(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine well beaten egg yolks, milk and butter and add flour, beating until smooth.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in hot waffle iron.
