Chinese Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    5 to 6 scallions
    2 pkg. Ramen noodles, discard mix, break noodles
    8 Tbsp. slivered almonds or walnuts
    8 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. Accent
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. wine vinegar (raspberry is nice)
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, scallions and Ramen noodles in bowl.
    Then brown in skillet, almonds, sesame seed, oil and butter.
    Add to mixture combined in bowl previously, then add remaining ingredients.
    Toss well.
    Allow to sit a few hours in refrigerator before serving.
    Serves 6 to 10.
