Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
10 c. water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 to 3 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients in large saucepan.
Stir in water.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice and food coloring.
Pack in jars, leaving 1 inch of space at top of jars. Process 15 to 20 minutes.
