Lola Hexom'S Chicken Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. chicken broth or water
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    1 can mushrooms
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    cooked, boned chicken or turkey, cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup, diluted with milk or chicken broth
Preparation
    Simmer celery in broth 10 minutes.
    Add butter.
    Add mushrooms and dressing mix.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    Top with chicken or turkey.
    Pour soup mixture over all.
    Bake 1/2 to 3/4 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cover while baking.
