Creamy Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 onion (if desired)
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can regular tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Slowly melt cheese with evaporated milk. Add all ingredients together; simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Do not boil (cheese will curdle).
    Serve over corn chips.
