Martha Pafford'S Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large baked sweet potatoes
    1 c. oil
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Bake sweet potatoes in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool overnight; slice lengthwise in 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Fry in cooking oil on medium-high heat.
    Brown; turn once.
    Drain on paper towel or brown paper bag.
    Serve hot.
    May sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Try both ways; they are really tasty.
