Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. very dry bread crumbs
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated (dry, not fresh)
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    4 chicken breasts, halved
    1/2 c. melted butter or skim milk
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
    Dip chicken in butter (or milk), then coat with crumb mixture.
    Sprinkle with lemon.
    Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    (If boneless, bakes in 20 to 30 minutes.)
