Christmas Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (16 oz.) chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
3 c. 10x sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
1 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1/4 c. milk chocolate chips
6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add flour, eggs, salt, chocolate, vanilla and nuts and mix.
Spread dough into 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Mix 10x sugar, butter and creme de menthe.
Spread over cooled cake.
Chill. Melt remaining ingredients in saucepan.
Let cool slightly and spread over second layer.
Chill and cut into squares.
