Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    day old bread (take off crust)
    ham or sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
    seasonings: salt, pepper, onion, garlic and seasoning salt (optional)
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 qt. milk
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish.
    Layer: bread, butter (pats), sprinkle of ham or sausage and grated cheese.
    Repeat.
    Mix milk and eggs well.
    Pour over layers.
    Let set overnight or several hours in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Servings: 6.
