Lima Beans And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. garlic sausage, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 small dash red pepper
    1 pkg. lima beans
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 small bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Cook green onions with garlic in butter in a large saucepan until tender.
    Blend in soup, water, bay leaf, cayenne and lima beans; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes longer or until done, stirring occasionally.
    Remove bay leaf.
