Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pam spray
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Coat a medium-size nonstick skillet with Pam.
    Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
    Add to sauteed vegetables.
    Stir in remaining seasonings and bring to a boil.
    Add cooked rice to skillet, stirring well.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
