Stuffed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 acorn squash
1/2 stick margarine
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
pepper
1 egg
8 to 10 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cut squash in half.
Bake upside down with 1/4 cup of water in pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
Scoop out centers.
Saute onion in margarine.
Mix all ingredients and place in squash shells.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
