Paia Mango Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced mangoes
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
    Add vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients and mix into egg mixture alternately with the mango. Add nuts.
    Bake in 5 medium pans for 40 to 45 minutes or in 4 large loaf pans for about an hour at 350\u00b0.
