Lunch Box Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits)
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    10 slices pepperoni
    3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle and press into a greased muffin cup.
    Combine tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; spoon 1 teaspoon into each cup.
    Top each with 1 pepperoni slice and 1 tablespoon cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
    Makes 10 servings.
