Peanut Butter Temptations - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bag (48) Reese's miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Preparation

Cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars.
Add egg and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
Blend into creamed mixture to make dough.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place into ungreased mini muffin pans (tassi pans).
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Immediately after removing cookies from oven, press peanut butter cup into center until only top of cup shows.
Cool and store in airtight container. Makes 48 cookies.
