Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1 large eggs
    1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
    1 can (12 oz) Nestle Evaporated milk
    1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, and spices in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl, stir in pumpkin and sugar and spices. Gradually stir in milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes longer.
