Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. cold butter
    1 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. quick oats
    6 or 7 tart apples or equivalent of any fruit
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves or nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Crumble flour, butter and brown sugar; mix in wheat germ, oats, spices and pecans to form the topping. Peel and slice apples and spread into a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle topping over all.
    Bake 45 minutes or until brown.
    Serve warm.
