Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. potato starch
    3/4 c. cake meal
    1/2 c. oil
    pinch of salt
    1 orange rind and juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Alternate dry ingredients.
    Let stand 30 minutes. Place dough on board floured with cake meal.
    Put more cake meal on dough.
    Pat thin.
    Spread with jelly and nuts.
    Bake on oil greased pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
