Make Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large potatoes (5 lb.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (for less fat, use low-fat)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or use lite or no-fat sour cream
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt (use to cook potatoes)
Preparation
    Combine boiled potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder.
    Whip or mash until fluffy.
    Add small amount of milk, if necessary.
    Spread in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole and refrigerate or freeze until needed.
