Oven Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork ribs, cut in serving portions
1 c. chopped onions
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Put the ribs in a large saucepan with enough water to cover ribs. Cover saucepan and simmer 1 hour.
