Reuben Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large fresh mushrooms
    1 (3 oz.) thin corned beef, chopped
    1/4 c. sauerkraut, rinsed
    1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. crushed rye crackers
    2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove stems.
    Arrange half the mushrooms, stem
    side up, on a 10 or 12-inch round microwave-safe plate. Cover with plastic.
    Cook on High for 2 to 4 minutes or until almost tender.
    Invert caps on paper towels.
    Repeat with remaining caps.
