Potato Salad German Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. hot vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut bacon in small pieces and fry crisp.
    Pour off all fat, except 2 tablespoons.
    Stir in flour and cook, stirring constantly.
    Add hot water, vinegar and sugar.
    Pour over potatoes and toss gently.
    Serve hot.
