Mayonnaise From Grandma'S Kitchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Place eggs in blender with salt, mustard and paprika.
    Blend 30 seconds.
    Add vinegar and blend until smooth.
    While blending, add 1 1/2 cups oil in slow steady stream.
    When well blended, add 1/2 cup oil and lemon juice until completely mixed.
    Lastly, add hot water, 2 drops at a time for smooth consistency.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
