Banbury Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins, cut fine
    1/2 c. currants
    4 figs, cut fine
    4 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. walnuts
    2 Tbsp. water
    pie crust dough from your favorite recipe
Preparation
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until nicely browned.
