Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. lean round steak (2 x 1/4-inch strips)
    2 onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. vegetable juice
    1 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
    4 c. hot cooked egg noodles
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil.
    Add the beef and cook, turning as needed, until browned, about 5 minutes.
    Transfer to a plate.
    Spray the skillet with nonstick spray; heat.
    Add the onion and garlic; cook, stirring, as needed until softened, about 5 minutes.
    Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, until the flour is lightly browned, about 1 minute.
