Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. warm milk
2 c. finely chopped parsley
1 c. grated American cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all together lightly to prevent mashing the cooked rice. Place in buttered casserole dish and bake in moderate 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
