Garlic Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (16 oz.)
    1 or 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/3 c. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento (undrained)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well.
    Stir in walnuts. Shape mixture into 2 cheese balls and sprinkle with paprika. Chill 8 hours.
    Serve with crackers.
    Yield:
    4 3/4 cups.
