Mary Ellen'S Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    4 sq. chocolate (bitter-sweet or semi-sweet)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine and chocolate in top of a double boiler.
    Stir in sugar and cocoa until very well blended.
    Add milk gradually and stir until thick.
    Serve warm over ice cream.
    This sauce keeps very well in the refrigerator.
    When cold, it is very thick. When using again, reheat it in the microwave.
