Broccoli Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh broccoli, partially cooked
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 onion
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick softened margarine
    1 c. coarsely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 sleeve crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Arrange vegetables in layers in a heavily greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix next 4 ingredients together.
    Spread over vegetables. Top with crushed Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
