Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Chop drained pimentos. Mix with cheese, mustard and mayonnaise. Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes so flavors will blend. This keeps a week in the refrigerator. Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
