Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    minced onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    dash of garlic powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Saute garlic, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, yellow onion and any other favorite vegetable in a separate pan, saute your Italian sausage.
    Boil your tortellini according to directions.
    Drain oil from vegies and sausage.
    Stir together Roma tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, olive oil, a few tablespoons for vegies and 1/2 cup chicken broth.
