Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease muffin pans or use paper cups. Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
    Blend in flour, salt, soda and poppy seed. Spoon into muffin tins and bake about 20 minutes.
    Cool.
