Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large yellow squash or zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
    1 large green or red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 cup seasoned croutons
    1 cup mushrooms, cut in quarters
    1/2 cup drained marinated dried tomatoes, cut into strips
    3/4 cup walnuts
    1/2 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    In large bowl toss all ingredients.
    Serve immediately. Serves 6.
