Pina Colada Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
    1/2 tsp. rum extract
    1 pkg. microwave popcorn with butter (3.5 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. toasted coconut
Preparation
    In microwave-safe
    bowl,
    melt\tmargarine on High until melted.
    Add
    sugar,
    corn\tsyrup, pineapple juice concentrate and rum extract.
    Microwave
    on
    High
    until it boils, about 3 minutes, stirring once.
    Microwave\ton High for 3 or 4 minutes without stirring.
