Truck Stop Fries, Gravy And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 (12 oz.) jar low-fat chicken gravy
    1 c. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice potatoes lengthwise into thin wedges (leave peeling on). Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick spray coating.
    Place potato wedges in a single layer on the pan.
    Spray the tops of potatoes with coating.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
