Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bunches carrots (large bunches)
pinch of salt
water
1 c. sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil carrots.
Add a pinch of salt to water.
Drain.
Mash carrots when cooked.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix all together in a 9 x 12-inch dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Very good dish to take to potluck dinners.
Always a hit! Serves 8.
