Consomme Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced, drained mushrooms
    2 oz. or more chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken consomme, undiluted
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Add mushrooms and nuts. Beat in eggs (mixing them in separate bowl first.) Mix.
    Add sauteed mixture and consomme.
    Mix well.
