Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 small can Ro-Tel
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 bell pepper
    1 pkg. jumbo tortillas (flour)
Preparation
    Take sour cream out and allow to come to room temperature. Finely chop bell peppers.
    Drain and chop pimentos.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Spread mixture on individual tortillas and roll tightly.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap; secure by laying open side down.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice in 1/2-inch thickness.
    Good party food.
