Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    shoyu
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 to 3 slices ginger
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Marinate ribs in shoyu; brown ribs in oil.
    Afterwards, drain off some oil; add ginger, salt, vinegar, sugar and pineapple syrup only.
    Simmer 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Thicken with cornstarch; garnish with pineapple.
